Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented and qualified Architect with +5 Years relevant post qualification experience to deliver on a range of projects both locally within the Northwest and nationally through the wider DLP Group client network.
Our range of projects cover a variety of work in the residential and commercial sectors often our projects utilise our inhouse multidisciplinary team.

Our CPD programme involves presentations from both external speakers and internal staff members, with all staff encouraged to present on a relevant topic to develop their presentation skills.

What do we expect from you?
As a Senior Architect you will work under the supervision of senior staff. Duties of the role include:
- Experience leading and managing projects within the residential and commercial sectors throughout all RIBA work stages
- Experience in preparation of quotations and tender submissions
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised with an appetite for continual improvement
- Ability to delegate and oversea work production by fellow team members
- Ability to liaise with clients, contractors and other members of external & internal team
- Ability to independently produce detailed architectural drawings packages, specifications and construction documentation
- Experience of chairing meetings, recording minutes and actions
- Experience acting as contract administrator, administering JCT minor work contract & RIBA domestic contracts
- Experience carrying out site inspection visits and ensure technical compliance and high quality and is achieved
- Proficient in usings AutoCad, Revit, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign essential (Sketchup desirable)
- Commercially aware with ability to work to budgets and timescales
- Full UK Drivers Licence

Who are we looking for?

Who are we looking for?
Due to continuing growth, we are looking for a Chartered Town Planner (full member of the RTPI) at the Senior Planner / Associate Planer level to join our friendly and busy team in Liverpool City Centre. Ideally you will have a minimum 5-8 years’ professional experience (in either the private or public sector). You must have a degree in town planning degree or related subject.
You should possess a sound knowledge of the planning system and experience of a wide range of planning issues. You should have good interpersonal communication and relationship management skills, have the ability to manage and prioritise projects on a day-to-day basis and be able to support senior staff on larger projects.
We are looking for candidates who are well motivated and ready to get involved in key projects, instilling high standards of work and building up good, strong client relationships.
You must be willing to assist senior staff in maintaining positive relationships with existing clients and growing the company’s client base. You must therefore be willing to undertake a business development and marketing role alongside project-based work. This will include networking, face-to-face meetings with potential new clients, and assistance with preparing client briefing notes and sharing information / intel.

Ecologist/BNG Specialist

Role Requirements
- Biodiversity Net Gain experience, in particular carrying out and coordinating biodiversity impact assessments, BNG option assessments for planning applications and drafting and agreeing Biodiversity Gain Plans.
- Experience of the purchase of biodiversity units and credits as part of an offsetting scheme.
- Experience of the planning and coordination of specialist ecological surveyors (independent contractors) who are likely to be based nationwide near to individual development sites.
- Experience in providing reports for planning submissions and discharging of conditions attached to planning permissions.
- You will be willing to work as part of a team, dedicated to meeting both client requirements and providing practical solutions.
- A full driving licence and the ability to travel when necessary.
- Salary will be negotiable, depending on experience.
